New CapMan Plc B shares entered in the Trade Register



CapMan Plc Stock Exchange Announcement 5 September 2008 9.45. a.m.

A total of 982,539 new CapMan Plc B shares emitted in a directed
issue have been entered in the Trade Register today. The number of
listed CapMan Plc B shares is currently 74,990,171 and the number of
unlisted A shares is 6,000,000. The shares have no nominal value.

The directed share issue was related to the Norum transaction closed
on 27 August 2008. CapMan Plc paid part of the approx. EUR 3.4
million initial transaction price in cash and part through a directed
share issue to the sellers of Norum. More information on the
transaction is available in CapMan Plc stock exchange releases
published on 26 May and 27 August 2008.

The new shares are entitled to dividends for the 2008 fiscal year and
to other shareholder rights as of the registration date, 5 September
2008. The aim is that the listing of the new shares in OMX Helsinki
will commence on 8 September 2008.
