Correction of the notice 

On the 01.09.2008 S.W. Mitchel Capital LLP gave the following correction
notice:

S.W. Mitchel Capital LLP, 52 Jermyn Street , London, SW1Y 6LP, hereby give
notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the WpHG, that  on 04 August 2008 our
voting interest in BayWa AG NPV (Vink) has crossed the treshold of 3 % and
amounts to 3,00% (977,740 of voting rights) on this day.

3.00 % of the voting rights (977,740 voting rights) are attributable to us
in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent .1 no.6 of the WpHG


S.W. Mitchel Capital LLP, 52 Jermyn Street , London, SW1Y 6LP, hereby give
notice, pursuant to sec. 21 para 1 of the WpHG , that  on 06 August 2008
our voting interest in BayWa AG NPV (Vink) has crossed the treshold of 3 %
and amounts to 2,98% (977,126 of voting rights) on this day.

2,98.00 % of the voting rights (977,126 voting rights) are attributable to
us in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent .1 no.6 of the WpHG
