HCI Capital AG (ISIN DE000A0D9Y97), the SDAX-listed independent issuing
house for closed-end funds and structured products, has sold its
25%-plus-one-share investment in Aragon AG to ABL Unternehmensgruppe GmbH.
The agreement, which was entered into on 19 June 2008 subject to certain
conditions precedent, came into effect today. The parties have agreed not
to disclose the terms of the sale. The price at which HCI Capital AG
originally acquired its stake in Aragon AG was EUR 19.00 per share.
