Early repayment of subordinated capital                                         

Amagerbanken hereby terminates subordinated bonds at 5.12% 2003/2011            
subordinated debt of  DKK 100m, ISIN code DK0003446052 for early repayment as at
10 October 2008.                                                                

The repayment will be made with the approval of the Danish Financial Supervisory
Authority and in accordance with the terms stated in the prospectus published in
connection with the issuance.
