that it has fallen below the threshold of 3% of the voting rights on 3

relation to all shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights

London, United Kingdom, has informed us according to Article 21,
sub-section 1 of the WpHG that it has fallen below the threshold of 3% of
the voting rights on 3 September 2008 of Norddeutsche Affinerie AG,
Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006766504, WKN: 676650, and now amounts to
2.56% (1,045,902 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting
shares. All voting rights are attributed to JPMorgan Asset Management
Holdings (UK) Limited according to section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no.
6 WpHG in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
