About the Author

Born in New York City, Robert Cuma spent over twenty years in the federal service. Most of his time was spent in the area of international affairs, where he negotiated many agreements with foreign governments to foster U.S. policy abroad. While traveling around the world, Cuma studied the economic and political conditions of developing nations. During his outstanding career, he progressed to the highest levels within the government.

He now resides in Florida with his wife and devotes most of his time to writing.
