21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on 24th May 2006 the voting interest held by
Bestinver Gestion, S.A. SGIIC in Boewe Systec AG exceeded the treshold of
10 % and amounted to 10,008%.

10,008 % of the voting rights were attributable to Bestinver Gestion, S.A.
SGIIC in accordance with sec. 22 para. 1 sent. 1 no. 6 of the WpHG.
