The importance of SRV's international business operations is growing briskly.
The company has invested around EUR 60 million in land and properties in St.
Petersburg this year, which has further increased the importance of the Russian
business operations. In the future, the executive Vice President in charge of
Russian operations, Mr. Veli-Matti Kullas, will report directly to Eero
Heliövaara, President and CEO.
The SRV Baltic country managers will report to the Executive Vice President in
charge of Business Premises, Mr. Juha Pekka Ojala. In the Baltic countries, SRV
will focus on commercial construction as residential markets have slowed down.
In connection with the organisational rearrangements, Mr. Ari Beilinson,
Executive Vice President in charge of SRV International Business Area and member
of the Corporate Executive Team, will leave the company.
