Premier Submits Revised Covenants and Restrictions Related to Titanic Petition

ATLANTA, Sept. 15, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Premier Exhibitions, Inc. (Nasdaq:PRXI) today announced that it has submitted revised covenants and restrictions in connection with its request for an in specie award for the remaining items of Titanic memorabilia that it does not already have clear ownership. This submission was made pursuant to the order issued by the US District Court in April, 2008 which instructed Premier to submit proposed covenants specifying conditions or limitations to be included in an in specie salvage award, should the court determine that one is appropriate.

As part of developing the revised covenants and restrictions, Premier engaged in consultative discussions with the US Government over the past several months. While there remain a number of unresolved differences, the Company feels the revised covenants and restrictions meet the criteria as previously outlined by the US District Court. At this time there is not a schedule for the Court to address the Company's request for an in specie salvage award.
