Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On September 15, 2008 , Riggers Holding AG, München, Germany has informed
us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its
Voting Rights on PlasmaSelect AG, München, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0005471809,
WKN: 547180, have exceeded the 50% limit of the Voting Rights on September
03, 2008  and now amount to 55.80% (this corresponds to 13487705 Voting
Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 22.99%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 7250000 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from Sanaworx Holding AG.
