Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On September 09, 2008 , Mr Per Johansson, Turks & Caicos Inseln has
informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
his Voting Rights on BKN International AG, Köln, Deutschland, ISIN:
DE0005290704, WKN: 529070, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10% and 15% limit of
the Voting Rights on August 28, 2008  and now amount to 15.6059% (this
corresponds to 3141516 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 15.6059%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3141516 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to Mr Johansson  from Sarek Holdings Ltd..
