Conclusion of three-year committed credit agreement for the H+H Group

Replacing the H+H Group's credit facilities until now with the Danske Bank
Group, H+H International A/S has today entered into an agreement with Danske
Bank A/S on committed credit facilities for the H+H Group in the DKK 1.1
billion region. The credit agreement has been concluded for a three-year
period.
