AS Ekspress Grupp resolved to increase the share capital of AS Delfi by 151 000 kroons from the current 3 021 000 kroons to 3 172 000 kroons. The increase of the share capital will be made with a non-monetary contribution, which is the claim of AS Ekspress Grupp against AS Delfi. With the payment of the non-monetary contribution the claim against AS Delfi will be reduced by 55 568 000 kroons.
