the thresholds of 3 %, 5% and 10% of voting rights on September 9, 2008 and
as of this date amounted to 10,09% (72,914,259 voting rights).
Thereof, 9.83% (71,044,736 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to
section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG which are held through the

Furthermore, we were informed according to section 21 para. 1 WpHG that on
September 12, 2008 JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York has fallen below the
thresholds of 10%, 5 % and 3 % of the voting rights of COMMERZBANK AG,
Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, and that on this date amounts to 0.39%
(2,782,284 voting rights). Thereof, 0.13% (912,761 voting rights) are
attributed pursuant to section 22 para. 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG. Further
0.26% (1,869,523 voting rights) are attributed pursuant to section 22 para.
