Improve Your Wellness With This Comprehensive Health Guide -- New Book Discusses the Human Health and Offers Helpful Solutions

KANSAS CITY, Mo., Sept. 17, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- To be truly healthy, one must be knowledgeable about the food they consume, the activities they do and how they discipline themselves. Discover effective ways to prevent cancer and other illnesses as Dr. Bamidele Ojo explores natural preventive and curative medicine in "Feeding Habits and Lifestyles on Your Health and Person," his new book released through Xlibris.

A product of twenty-eight years of active research, "Feeding Habits and Lifestyles on Your Health and Person" is a comprehensive guide that discusses the human health and offers readers helpful solutions, valuable answers, and preventive measures to avoid, treat, and cure diseases. It reveals why and when your body is vulnerable to sickness and how to prevent it. It also explores how to maintain a lifetime of good health. Readers will also find articles that link chemical pollutants in food to shrinking penis size, testicular cancer, undescended testicles, reduced sperm counts and infertility in men. Women's breasts and ovaries have high concentrations of fat, making these locations vulnerable to toxins. From the first page until the last, the studies will provide you significant information to let you enjoy a healthy life.

Highly recommended to health buffs and those who seek to improve their wellness, "Feeding Habits and Lifestyles on Your Health and Person" is now available for ordering online at Xlibris.com and at your local bookstore.

This book will be featured in the upcoming New York Library Association Book Exhibition to be held in Saratoga Springs, NY.
