Lappland Goldminers AB: Correction in the Environmental permit for Fäboliden



The Supreme Environmental Court today announced a correction of its
ruling regarding Lappland Goldminers AB's mine and processing plant
in Fäboliden in the municipality of Lycksele in Västerbotten.

The correction says at item 2A, condition 8; SEK 40 million will be
edited to 40 million tonnes. The ruling (in Swedish):

On September 17, 2008 the Supreme Environmental Court granted
Lappland Goldminers the environmental permit to establish and operate
a mine and process plant at Fäboliden.

-In the ruling from the Environmental Court of appeal a typing error
has occurred, that gave the impression that almost an additional 40
million SEK was required for reclamation of the mine. Today's ruling
has clarified the fact that the reclamation bond for the mine is
limited to 0.8 million sek, says Karl-Åke Johansson,CEO.
