Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On September 17, 2008 , IP Concept Fund Management S.A., Luxembourg,
Luxembourg has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG
that via shares its Voting Rights on TAG Tegernsee Immobilien u.
Beteiligungs AG, Hamburg, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0008303504, WKN: 830350,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on September 15, 2008  and
on that day amount to 3.11% (1,011,643 Voting Rights).

According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 0.68% of
the Voting Rights (220,000 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to IP Concept
Fund Management S.A. from the legally independant special properties
(Investmentfonds) Vermögenswachstum Global Funds -1 and
2.43% of the Voting Rights (791,643 Voting Rights) is to be attributed to
IP Concept Fund Management S.A. from the legally independant special
properties (Investmentfonds) FvS Strategie SICAV - Multiple Opportunities.
