About the Author

Regina Beauvais Wood, a native Vermonter, grew up with two brothers and six sisters. During her marriage she and her husband John lived in Vermont and California while raising their twelve children. After retirement they moved to Virginia and following her husband's death she became more involved in her parish and in volunteer work in the community. Raised a Catholic, she always desired to grow in her faith, continually searching for more knowledge about it. From this background she has written this book in response to an author whose writings had challenged this faith.
