Art. 21 Section 1 WpHG at the 22nd September 2008 that its voting rights
via shares have exceeded the limits of 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%, 25%, 30% und
50% at the 16th September 2008 and amount to 72,67 % (2.845.485 voting
rights). According to Art. 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, Number 1 WpHG its
voting rights via shares are to be attributed to Goldbach Media AG,
Küsnacht-Zürich, Switzerland. All voting rights via shares of Goldbach
Media AG are held via Goldbach Ost GmbH (current company name 'Blitz
08-478 GmbH') Munich, Germany whose voting rights via shares amounted to 3%
or more.
Goldbach Ost GmbH (current company name 'Blitz 08-478 GmbH'), Munich,
Germany, informed us at the 22nd September 2008 according to Art. 21
Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights via shares have exceeded the limit of
75% at the 22nd September 2008 and amount to 75,70 % (2.964.416 voting
rights).
Goldbach Media AG, Küsnacht-Zürich, Switzerland, informed us at the 22nd
September 2008 according to Art. 21 Section 1 WpHG that its voting rights

rights via shares amounted to 3% or more.
