Release of a Voting Rights announcement

On September 19, 2008, Generali Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs-AG, Munich,
Germany, informed us that on September 16, 2008 Volksfürsorge Holding AG
changed its name to Generali Beteiligungs- und Verwaltungs-AG and its seat
from Hamburg to Munich.

On this occasion on September 19, 2008 they informed us according to
article 21 section 1 WpHG that the voting rights of Generali Beteiligungs-
und Verwaltungs-AG in Commerzbank AG, Frankfurt am Main, Germany, ISIN:
DE0008032004, WKN: 803200, on September 16, 2008 have still exceeded the 5%
limit of the voting rights and as of this date amounted to 6,32%
(45,668,858 voting rights).

We were further informed that the voting rights of 6,32% (45,668,858 voting
rights) are attributed according to § 22 section 1 sentence 1 no. 1 WpHG
and that the attributed voting rights are held through the controlled
entity Volksfürsorge Deutsche Lebensversicherung AG.
