Transfer of Holdings

ABC Grupi AS transferred the shares of ABC Rent Grupp AS (registry code
11518237) with the value date of 19 August 2008 and a nominal value of
2,500,000 EEK to management board member Jüri Vips for the nominal price. The
sales price was paid upon the transfer of shares. 

ABC Rent Grupp AS was registered on 23 July 2008 and has not commenced business.
Furthermore, on 19 August 2008, ABC Grupi AS transferred a share of ABC Rent
Eesti OÜ (registry code 11443261) with a nominal value of 40,000 EEK to the
public limited company ABC Rent Grupp at the nominal price. 

ABC Rent Eesti OÜ was registered on 25 October 2007 and has not commenced
business. 
The transfer of enterprises that have not commenced business occurred in
connection with the suspension of investments into new projects.
