Hamburg, September 23, 2008 – KROMI Logistik AG (German Securities Code
(WKN) A0KFUJ, ISIN DE000A0KFUJ5) again significantly lifted both its
revenues and earnings last fiscal year 2007/2008 (as of June 30). Based on
finalized consolidated figures, the company succeeded in increasing its
revenues by 24.6% from EUR 32,205 thousand last year to EUR 40,115
thousand. EBIT increased by 37.7% from EUR 2,448 thousand to EUR 3,371
thousand. The management believes that growth will continue in the new
fiscal year 2008/2009. The Supervisory Board approved the annual financial
statements in its meeting today.

KROMI Logistik AG offers manufacturing companies end-to-end outsourcing for
the supply of precision tools (tool management) and it focuses on machining
tools for metalworking and plastics. The high utilization of production
capacity at KROMI's existing customers as a result of the excellent economy
in the engineering sector boosted the company's growth over the past few
months. It also acquired new customers in Germany and abroad.

'The excellent figures for the past fiscal year are a clear signal that we
are right on track with our expansion strategy,' commented Jörg Schubert,
KROMI Logistik AG's CEO. 'We are very optimistic, that the current strong
demand for outsourcing models for tool management will continue,' he added.
Of the total income, 25.3% (previous year: 17.0%) were already recorded
outside of Germany in 2007/2008. As a result, within just a few months, the
importance of KROMI Logistik's foreign business has thus increased
substantially.

KROMI Logistik AG recorded a 43.4% increase in EBT to EUR 3,461 thousand.
Income taxes totaled EUR 1,204 thousand, with the result that consolidated
net earnings were up 54.7% year-on-year to EUR 2,257 thousand. This
corresponds to earnings per share of EUR 0.60 (previous year: EUR 0.45).
The Managing Board has proposed to allocate EUR 1,000 thousand of the net
retained profits (HGB) totaling EUR 2,224 thousand to retained earnings and
to carry the remainder forward to new account to provide a basis for
further growth.

The company's positive growth can also be seen on the balance sheet. On
June 30, 2008, total assets had increased from EUR 22,458 thousand in the
previous year to EUR 25,714 thousand. Equity totaled EUR 20,368 thousand
(previous year: EUR 18,106 thousand), and as a result the equity ratio on
June 30, 2008 was around 79% and thus at a continued high level compared to
the previous year. KROMI Logistik formed a subsidiary in Brazil after the
end of the fiscal year in order to secure access to this key market. KROMI
Logistica do Brasil Ltda., with its registered office in Joinville (state
of Santa Catarina) was entered in the commercial register at the start of
September. This company is scheduled to start operating activities in the
fall of 2008.

'In view of the continued perceptibly high capacity uptake at our
customers, we are confident that the new fiscal year will also be
successful. We believe that there is significant growth potential for tool
management in the coming years,' commented Uwe Pfeiffer, CEO of KROMI
Logistik AG. Looking to the coming months, the Managing Board believes that
deliveries to existing customers will continue to increase and that KROMI
will acquire new customers in Germany and abroad. The Managing Board is
forecasting total revenues of EUR 46,000 thousand to EUR 48,000 thousand in
fiscal year 2008/2009. Consolidated EBIT is forecast to total EUR 3,400
thousand to EUR 3,700 thousand.
