Digital Vision AB (the Company) has on September 24th 2008 published a press release which stated that the Company’s liquidity situation is strained. The OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm finds for this reason that there is an adverse uncertainty regarding the Company’s financial situation.
The current rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if there is a material adverse uncertainty in respect of the company’s financial situation.
With reference to what is stated above, the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm has decided that the shares in Digital Vision AB (ISIN code SE0000556292 and orderbook ID 3571) will be placed on the observation segment.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Thursday September 25th, 2008.
