Precise Biometrics Receives Order Worth Approx. USD 340,000 (SEK 2.2 Million)

Precise Biometrics has received an additional order for hardware
worth SEK 2.2 million in a Match-on-Card project. The order is a new
follow-up order from an existing customer in the Middle East and
comprises both hardware and Precise Match-on-Card(TM) licenses.

The delivery consists of the Precise 200 MC readers, a combined
fingerprint and smart card reader that will be used in a current
government ID card project together with the Precise
Match-on-Card(TM) technology.

The government customer will use the fingerprint readers in further
extending their ID card program.

Precise Match-on-Card(TM) is the process of storing and matching
fingerprint information on a smart card to establish the physical
presence of an individual. As the fingerprint information does not
leave the card, there is no need for a database and the cardholder's
integrity is preserved.

The government is an existing customer of Precise Biometrics since
2004, when the company delivered the first volume order of combined
fingerprint and smart card readers. Since then, Precise Biometrics
has supplied fingerprint readers on a regular basis. In May of this
year, a repeat order of SEK 2.3 million to the same customer was
communicated.

The solution is again provided together with two partners - a leading
global system integrator and a local solution provider. The
fingerprint readers from Precise Biometrics will be delivered during
the third quarter.

Precise Biometrics has previously won the national ID card programs
for both Qatar and Bahrain in the region. Thomas Marschall, CEO of
