strip loin and short ribs for the Foxwoods Food & Wine Festival held from
Friday, September 26 to Sunday, September 28 at the Foxwoods Resort Casino

will prepare the beef for the welcome reception and gala dinner on Friday,
September 26.
The Foxwoods Food & Wine Festival offers several events to appeal to a wide

spirit seminars, a celebrity chef poker tournament, and the signature grand

Chef Colicchio recently opened his third Craftsteak restaurant in May 2008
in the MGM Grand at Foxwoods.
