to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on
Krones AG, Neutraubling, Deutschland, ISIN: DE0006335003, WKN: 633500, have
exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on September 19, 2008  and now
amount to 3.63% (this corresponds to 1145915 Voting Rights).
