Transfer of sub-fund and name change
The Fund Henton Invest
On the ordinary general meeting held on 23 April 2008 and the extraordinary
general meeting held on 17 June 2008 in Specialforeningen Henton Invest, it was
adopted:to close down Specialforeningen Henton Invest and to transfer the fund's
sub-funds to the UCITS fund Alm. Brand Invest.
Due to the transfer to the UCITS fund Alm. Brand Invest, the listed sub-fund
Henton Invest Aktier 0-100 will change its name to Alm. Brand Invest, Aktier
0-100.
The transfer and name change will be implemented on OMX Nordic Exchange
Copenhagen on
2 October 2008.
