ARBOmedia AG, Munich, discusses details about the sale of ARBOmedia.net
Praha spol. s r.o with an interested purchaser. ARBOmedia.net Praha spol. s
r.o. is responsible inter alia for the promotion sales activities for the
television governed by public law in the Czech Republic.

These sale discussions take place against the background of the restructure
and realignment of the ARBOmedia-Group; these measures are procured with
focus on the persecution of promising activities like interactive, digital
media. The planned transaction meets also the conception of the new major
shareholder of ARBOmedia AG, Goldbach Media AG, following with its business
orientation.
