of the German Securities Trading Act (WpHG) about the following:

Pursuant to Sec. 21 para 1 WpHG, we hereby notify that our percentage of
voting rights in KUKA AG has exceeded the threshold of 5% on September 25,
2008 and on that date amounts to 5.17% (1,374,349 shares).
