has informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via
shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche Wohnen AG, Frankfurt am Main,
Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, WKN: A0HN5C, have exceeded the 10% limit
of the Voting Rights on September 17, 2008  and now amount to 10.01% (this
corresponds to 2643696 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 6 of the WpHG, 3.51% of
the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 926339 Voting Rights) is to be
