United Kingdom has informed us on September 30, 2008 according to Article
21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares its Voting Rights on Deutsche
Wohnen AG, Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland, ISIN: DE000A0HN5C6, WKN: A0HN5C,
have exceeded the 3% limit of the Voting Rights on November 13, 2007  and
