Notification of voting rights pursuant to § 26 para. 1 of the Securities
Trading Act (Wertpapierhandelsgesetz - 'WpHG')
GLG European Long-Short Fund, George Town, Cayman Islands, gave notice
pursuant to § 21 para. 1 of the WpHG, that on September 24th, 2008 the
percentage of holding of the voting rights in Petrotec AG fell below the
thresholds of 10 %, 5 % and 3 % and on that day hold 2.78 % (292,325 voting
shares).

GLG Partners LP, London, Great Britain, gave notice pursuant to § 21 para.
1 of the WpHG, that on September 24th, 2008 the percentage of holding of
the voting rights in Petrotec AG fell below the threshold of 15 % and on
that day hold 11.43 % (1,199,682 voting shares). The voting rights are
attributable to GLG Partners LP pursuant to § 22 para. 1 Sentence 1 No 6 of
the WpHG. The voting rights of the GLG Global Utilities Fund in Petrotec AG
of 3% or more are attributable to GLG Partners LP.

attributable to GLG Partners Ltd. pursuant to § 22 para. 1 Sentence 1 No 6
in connection with Sentence 2 of the WpHG. The voting rights of the GLG
Global Utilities Fund in Petrotec AG of 3% or more are attributable to GLG
Partners Ltd.
