Information from Acando AB

Due to rumors in the financial market regarding essential ownership changes
within Acando, the board wants to clarify the following:

July 7th, 2008, the company and Finansinspektionen (FI), the Swedish Financial
Supervisory Authority, received an investor alert that informed that the German
company Energy Consulting Europe GmbH had acquired the majority stock in
AcquireIT in Sweden AB (AcquireIT), a company that owns 1 321 490 A-shares in
Acando AB (equals 1,8 % of the capital and 12,4 % of the voting rights in the
company), see appendix. The message was published on FI's home page.

AcquireIT has informed Acando's board about the following: 
1)	That Energy Consulting Europe GmbH owns 90 % of the shares in AcquireIT and
that Olof Englund, CEO of AcquireIT and member of the Acando board, owns the
remaining shares.
2)	That AcquireIT or their owner circle does not have any intentions to increase
their ownership in Acando.

Energy Consulting Europe GmbH has a close relationship with the IT-company
Energy Consulting Group, which is one of Russia's leading IT- and auditing
companies with approximately 800 consultants. Acando has a minor cooperation
with Energy Consulting Group since a year back through Acando's German
subsidiary regarding Russian SAP projects.

Regarding the company AcquireIT's ownership structure, operation and perspective
of the Acando holdings, we refer to their management (see appendix).

There are no shareholder agreements between the A-share owners in Acando.
