Change in the votes and number of shares It is hereby announced that the number of votes and shares in Lagercrantz Group has changed during September. The reason for the change is the cancellation without repayment of 1,240,923 class B shares that the Company has previously repurchased on the strength of prior annual general meetings. The resolution to cancel shares was approved at the annual general meeting 1 September 2008. The share capital has been reduced by 2,481,846 SEK due to the cancellation. However, Lagercrantz Group has at the same time made a bonus issue of 2,549,000 SEK that result in no decrease in either share capital or restricted equity.
