Miami Author Publishes New Book Expressing Much-Needed Reforms for America's Financial Structure

MIAMI, Fla., Sept. 29, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- As globalization continues to influence people's lives and society in general, America's economic status has shown visible signs of uncertainty, which have the potential to start a collapse. Because the financial system is so complicated, the distribution of wealth to the people has been unfair and inconsistent with its implementation. The need for urgent and painful reforms is now stronger than ever; author Louis Berenguer reveals an enduring series of ideas and in-depth financial analysis as Xlibris releases his captivating new book, The Labor-Value Theory.

The Labor-Value Theory deals with the problems of Money, Distributions of Income, and Taxes, the three elements in the economy that can make or break any nation. What makes this book unique is that it is the first to introduce the "labor-value" theory based on John Locke and Adam Smith's Property Right principles, which gives the workers the right to share in the business profits based on their contribution to the increase of capital. Second, it proposes repealing "All Business Taxes" to enhance profits, encourage investment, and create new jobs. Third, it proposes passing Property Taxes, Interest Expenses and Depreciation Tax Credits to stockholders to reduce their tax liability. Fourth, it introduces a new and dynamic 25/75 Tax Rules for individual taxpayers to encourage investment and simplify the Tax Code. Fifth, it proposes reinstating the "Income Average" tax rule so taxpayers can have a tax break when fortune knocks on their doors. Sixth, it proposes repealing the Real Estate Passive Activities as defined under Code Sec.469, allowing middle class families to build a little nest egg in real estate investment so they can live in leisure when they reach the golden age. Seventh, it proposes the restoration of our Constitutional Money as defined under Article 1, Secs 8 and 10, to make the dollar as good as gold and to stop a financial crash which is now in the making.

Richly-layered and smartly-written, The Labor-Value Theory is an impressive book that truly brings readers deep inside the financial world and exposes the root cause of the problems and flaws of America's financial system. Not only will this book make you concerned or conscious about money, it also suggests sound solutions that people can use to solve economic and even social problems.
