Poet Captures Imagery Into Words -- A Fascinating Collection of Poetry for the Senses

VELIZY, France, Sept. 30, 2008 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Poet Emma Dorothy Mnaya-Buzy infuses poetry in her experiences and in her outlook on the world around her. The result is a colorful display of sensations condensed into one unforgettable collection called Copper Child, released through Xlibris.

These poems are a modest instrument through which Mnaya has observed the fundamental complexities of everyday life. Joy, sorrow, love, birth and death. Nature's diversity and total supremacy. The author has tried to capture pictures, transforming illustrations portrayed by events that constantly unfold around her, within her. Mnaya's Tanzanian heritage and privileged interaction with other cultures is omnipresent. Sounds, sensations, movement, spilt onto paper and engraved, suspending their dimension in time. Life, our greatest challenge, battles, awe-inspiring victories, and defeat. The images in Copper Child evolve around life's fundamental treasures.
