Announcement regarding LR Register of Enterprises chief state notary decision
to refuse complaint from AS Latvijas Zoovetapgade shareholder Aldis Tauritis un
ex supervisory board members A. Grundmanis, S. Zaca. 

Management board of Join stock company AS “Latvijas Zoovetapgade” (registration
number: 40003020174, Legal address: Brīvības iela 183, 2. stāvs, 7. telpa,
Rīga, LV-1012, Latvija) announces that it has received LR Register of
Enterprises (further “RE”) chief state notary decision Nr. 150 from 26th  of
September 2008 with whom JSC “Latvijas Zoovetapgade” shareholder Aldis Tauritis
and ex supervisory board A. Grundmanis and S. Zacas complaint regarding JSC
“Latvijas Zoovetapgade” 24th of July 2008 annual general meeting of
shareholders decisions registration in LR Commercial register has been rejected
as ungrounded and legally incorrect and chief state notary has decided to stay
unchanged the “RE” state notary decision NR. 6-12/104314 from 25th of July 2008
regarding JSC “Latvijas Zoovetapgade” supervisory board and management board
membership changes. Also “RE” state notary decision Nr. 6-12/109282 from  8th
of august regarding dismissal of Aldis Tauritis from JSC “Latvijas
Zoovetapgade” management board for exceeding the power of attorney and
practicing activities which are not in line of interests of the company are
also left unchanged.
