Kaupthing Bank (the Company) has on October 6th 2008 been placed on the observation list on the OMX Nordic Exchange Iceland hf. due to substantial uncertainty regarding the pricing of the listed securities.
The current rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if there is a substantial uncertainty regarding the pricing of the listed securities.
