Release of a Voting Rights announcement

informed us according to Article 21, Section 1 of the WpHG that via shares
its Voting Rights on All for One Midmarket AG, Stuttgart, Deutschland,
ISIN: DE0005110001, WKN: 511000, have exceeded the 3%, 5%, 10%, 15%, 20%,
25%, 30% and 50% limit of the Voting Rights on October 01, 2008  and now
amount to 56.74% (this corresponds to 3063781 Voting Rights).
According to Article 22, Section 1, Sentence 1, No. 1 of the WpHG, 56.74%
of the Voting Rights (this corresponds to 3063781 Voting Rights) is to be
attributed to the company  from BEKO HOLDING AG.
