OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm has decided to move Svithoid Tankers AB (the Company) to the observation segment due to the fact that there is adverse uncertainty regarding the Company’s financial situation.
The current rules of the OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm state that a listed company shall be placed on the observation segment if there is a material adverse uncertainty in respect of the company’s financial position.
With reference to what is stated above, OMX Nordic Exchange Stockholm AB has therefore decided that the new subscription option of Svithoid Tankers AB, traded on First North as from October 8th 2008 up until July 10th 2009, (ISIN code SE0002575399 and orderbook ID 59060) will be placed on the observation segment until further notice.
The shares will be transferred with effect from Wednesday October 8th, 2008.
