The Russian Competition Authorities have approved Atria and OOO Campomos        
transaction                                                                     

Under an agreement signed on 31 July 2008, Atria Plc has bought business        
operations of the Russian OOO Campomos meat processing company. The transaction 
was subject to the approval of the Russian competition authorities. The Russian 
Competition Authorities have approved the transaction on 29 September 2008.     
Along with realisation of the remaining acquisition terms it is estimated that  
the consolidating of OOO Campomos will begin 15 October 2008.
