Allan Tracy is a member of True Vine Temple of Faith in Waxahachie, Texas. Dr. Tracy is a graduate of the University of the State of New York Regents and Victory Bible College in Wooster, Ohio. Dr. Tracy was granted ordination by the evangelization department of Victory Bible College after receiving his doctorate in Missionary Ministries. The Tracy family has a growing social and evangelical ministry in Ghana, West Africa.
