Release of a Voting Rights announcement

The BioMed Technology Holdings Ltd., Labuan, Malaysia has informed us on
October 6, 2008 that its voting rights on biolitec AG, Winzerlaer Str. 2,
07745 Jena, Germany (ISIN:DE0005213409, WKN:521340) fell below the
threshold of 75% and amounted to 74.30 % (= 7.813.000 voting rights) on
December 03, 2007.

Dr. Wolfgang Neuberger, Malaysia, has informed us that its voting rights on
biolitec AG, Winzerlaer Str. 2, 07745 Jena, Germany (ISIN:DE0005213409,
WKN:521340) fell below the threshold of 75% and amounted to 74.30 % (=
7.813.000 voting rights) on December 03, 2007. The voting rights belong to
BioMed Technology Holdings Ltd. and according to § 22 WpHG fully attribute
to him.
