Release of a Voting Rights announcement

J.P.Morgan informed us, Phoenix Solar Aktiengesellschaft, Hirschbergstraße
8, 85254 Sulzemoos, Germany, on 8 October 2008 about a notification of
voting rights according to § 21 sub-section 1 Securities Trading Act (WpHG)
for the announcing entities JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc., New
York, USA, and JPMorgan Chase & Co., New York, USA:
On behalf of the abovementioned entities, we hereby notify you of the
following:
1. On behalf of JPMorgan Asset Management Holdings Inc. we announce
pursuant to section 21 sub-section 1 WpHG that on 3rd October 2008 JPMorgan
Asset Management Holdings Inc. has fallen below the threshold of 5 % of the
voting rights and now amounts to 4.99% (333,756 shares) in relation to all
shares of the respective voting shares. All voting rights are attributed
pursuant to section 22 sub-section 1 sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with
sentence 2 WpHG.
2. On behalf of JPMorgan Chase & Co. we announce pursuant to section 21
sub-section 1 WpHG that on 3rd October 2008 JPMorgan Chase & Co. has fallen
below the threshold of 5 % of the voting rights and now amounts to 4.99%
(333,756 shares) in relation to all shares of the respective voting shares.
All voting rights are attributed pursuant to section 22 sub-section 1
sentence 1 no. 6 in connection with sentence 2 WpHG.
