Moody's Downgrades HFF to A1 following the Sovereign

On October 8 2008, Moody's Investors Service downgraded the Aa1 issuer rating
and the local currency rating of the Housing Financing Fund (HFF) to A1. The
rating remain on review for possible further downgrade. 

HFF´s rating was downgraded following the corresponding downgrade of Iceland´s
sovereign rating.
