2008 Third Quarter Results and Conference Call Monday, 20th October 2008



Metro International S.A. ("Metro International" or "the Company"),
the international newspaper group, will on Monday 20th October 2008
at 8:00 A.M. CET announce its financial results for the quarter ended
30th September 2008. The Company will host a conference call to
present these results at 10:00 A.M. CET on the same day which will be
broadcasted live on the Internet and as a conference call.

Hosts from the Company for this conference call will be Per Mikael
Jensen, CEO and President, and Anders Kronborg, CFO.
