Yesterday the Nordic exchanges jointly decided to go live with the SAXESS system release 5.0.1 on Monday, October 13, 2008.
The decision was based on connectivity reports stating that exchange members are now prepared for the launch and that all internal and external launch activities have been successfully carried out.
This IT Notice is to inform of the status of the SAXESS system, as per the information in IT Notice 89/08 (SAXESS 5.0.1 launch - GO decision!).
The startup and status of the SAXESS system has been closely monitored during the launch weekend. The startup and operation of the SAXESS system is confirmed consistent with expected behavior.
The SAXESS system status is normal and ready for trading.
As per normal procedure, we will continue to monitor the SAXESS system in preparation of the start of trading on Monday, October 13.
