Prototype Order for Fuel Cell Plates from a New Asian Customer

Morphic Impact has today received a prototype order for the manufacture of flow
plates from a new customer. The Customer is a major Asian industrial group. The
flow plates will be integrated in a fuel cell stack. Initial tests with the
customer have been conducted at Morphic's Customer and Technology Center in
Shin-Yokohama outside Tokyo, Japan.

“The order is a result of successful initial tests at our Japan site. After we
have delivered the plates they will be carefully evaluated by the customer, and
will, if the results are successful, lead to further verification orders,”
Martin Valfridsson, Morphic Impact's Managing Director, says.

The opening of Morphic's Technology and Customer Center in Shin-Yokohama outside
Tokyo in February 2008 marked an important step in the company's marketing
strategy for the fast-growing Asian market. The center offers optimization of
flow plates for fuel cells to customers throughout Asia. At the center customers
can also produce test series prior to ramping up for serial production.
