Commentary on the data provided by BNS news agency on 15 October 2008 - „Nordeka” is satisfied with the results of tender on public transportation services provision-: 1. BNS data corresponds to truth. JSC „Nordeka” is announced as the winner of concessionary tender on the rights to provide public transportation services over a period of 12 years by busses on regional intercity routes, on following sections of route network: „Cetrs 2”, „Centrs 1”, East, South-East, South-West. Lot „Centrs 2” include routes that were served by JSC „Nordeka” previously and, consequently, the enterprise has preserved the rights to serve respective section of the routes. JSC „Nordeka” has filed aggregate application with other enterprises in regard to the remaining lots and by winning the tender has axquired the rights to serve from 10 to 33% of transportation volume on respective sections of routes. Overall transportation volume (in kilometres) of JSC „Nordeka” in comparison to the year 2008 will be increased aproximately by 63%. 2. Within a month after announcement of the tender's results, a concession agreement specifying the volume, structure and provisions of transportation will be concluded. 3. Inasmuch as specifications of the concession imply significant increase of servicing quality standards, the enterprise is preparing to perform heavy capital investments.
