This volume purchase will expand Giga's installed base of X-Series systems to over 40, including both CX and MX configurations. With the recent merger of LTX and Credence, Giga Solution will now be supported through Spirox Corporation, LTX-Credence's value-added partner in Taiwan, providing Giga access to a broader portfolio of semiconductor production test services, including full applications and maintenance support.
